DAVID WANI
Chief Executive Officer
The co-founder of Twenty Four Seven Hotels, David Wani joined the company in 2006 and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. David directs all company operations, including property management, development and investment including acquisition and disposition activity.
Previously David spent over seven years with Tarsadia Hotels working with the executive team in sourcing, underwriting, financing, and negotiating license and purchase and sale contracts for acquisition, disposition and development opportunities.
David’s 22 years of industry experience also includes real estate consulting with a focus on hospitality and auditing at Landauer Associates in Los Angeles. David earned his M.B.A. in Real Estate/Finance from the University of Southern California; and his M.S. in Hotel Investment from New York University. |

DREW HARDY
President
With over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development, marketing,
disposition, management and financing of hotel real estate, Drew brings a
diverse background in strategic planning, finance, and investment to his
position as President of Twenty4Seven Hotels. Having personally managed an
average annual transaction volume of $200 million in property sales and
financings since 1998, he plays a key role in all functions related to sourcing
and managing asset purchase and sale transactions, development, franchising,
and asset management, as well as project and corporate financing for the
company.
Prior to his focusing his career in the investment side of the business,
Drew worked in operations at the property level, both in the front office
management and audit function. He began his career in the hotel investment
arena with a boutique hotel management firm in San Diego before becoming a
founding principal partner in Pacific Hotel Brokerage, a west coast hotel
investment advisory firm, in 1992. Drew began his principal ownership of
hotels beginning in 1998 with the purchase of a small bayside property on
the peninsula in Newport Beach, California.
Drew earned his degree in Business Administration from the University
of San Diego. He also holds certifications in Real Estate, Development
and Hotel Investment from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

BILL SWANK, JR.
President-Development & Construction
A principal of his own hotel development, management and construction
management firm since 1985, Bill's long tenure in the hotel industry
has been dedicated entirely to the ground up development and management
of premium branded, upscale hotels.
As a full partner in both the development and management companies,
Bill's responsibilities garnered him extensive experience in land
acquisition, entitlement, construction project administration, finance,
asset management and franchising. His primary responsibility is to work
closely with architects, engineers, general contractors and project
management teams to develop planning parameters and determine design
features for company new builds and renovation projects.
Development projects include the first Residence Inn by Marriott to be
developed in Mexico, which was accomplished in partnership with Grupo
Frisa, one of Mexico's largest commercial developers. His companies also
administered construction of WorldMark timeshare resort for Trendwest, a
454-unit timeshare development on 27.3 acres in Indio, California. Just
prior to joining up with Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Bill's focus has been as a
development partner in Polo Square, a 50-acre mixed-use "live/work"
development in Indio California. Overall Bill has principally orchestrated
the development and construction management of over $500 million in new
build hotel projects over the last 10 years.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the
University of Southern California, and a professional certification in
Real Estate, Development and Hotel Investment from Cornell University's
School of Hotel Administration.
